This policy applies to all RA Global employees, contractors, partners, and stakeholders engaged in our operations, including consultancy, auditing, and certification services.

  • Independence: RA Global ensures that all decisions, assessments, and recommendations are made objectively, without external pressure or personal interests.

  • Conflict of Interest Management: We identify, document, and mitigate any conflicts of interest to uphold the integrity of our services.

  • Transparency: Our processes and decision-making criteria are clear, accessible, and based on objective evidence.

  • Equal Treatment: All clients, partners, and stakeholders receive fair and unbiased service, irrespective of financial, political, or personal interests.

  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Sensitive information is handled with the highest level of security to prevent misuse or unauthorized disclosure.

4. Conflict of Interest                 Management

Employees and contractors must disclose any relationships or circumstances that may pose a conflict of interest. RA Global will conduct periodic reviews to assess potential risks to impartiality and take corrective actions where necessary. We maintain a clear separation between consultancy and certification activities to prevent any bias in our assessments.

5. Governance and                     Oversight

An impartiality committee, comprising independent members, oversees the implementation of this policy. The committee regularly reviews our impartiality framework and addresses any concerns raised by stakeholders.

6. Reporting and                         Resolution

Any concerns regarding impartiality can be reported via our designated grievance mechanism. Complaints are investigated objectively, and corrective actions are implemented promptly. Retaliation against individuals who raise impartiality concerns is strictly prohibited.
